  • I have a change to my order - can I still get the change?
    If the item has been sent from us to the delivery address, the change cannot be made. Otherwise, you can contact us at to request a change to the order. If the item has been dispatched and you regret the content of your order, you can instead refuse receipt, after which it will be returned to us. You will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping costs.
  • I have not received an order confirmation - what do I do?
    Try checking your spam folder first. If the email is not there, there is a risk that your order has not gone through. Please contact us so we can confirm if your order has been registered.
  • Why am I missing an item in my order?

  • What's the delivery time?
    We deliver within 5 working days after placing your order. Should you still not have received your order after this, you are welcome to contact us Your parcel may have been attempted to be delivered by PostNord and will therefore be placed for collection at the nearest post office. Extended delivery times may occur in rare cases. This may be due to low stock and the item must therefore be ordered from the manufacturer
  • How much does delivery cost?

  • My order has exceeded the delivery time - what do I do?
    If you have not received your order 7 working days after you placed it, it may be due to a delay with PostNord or unusual busyness with us. Please contact us so that we can ensure that you receive your goods as soon as possible.
  • How do I return?
    Pack your goods securely and contact us at to get the address for return. We also want to hear why you want to return the item. You will be refunded the purchase price less shipping costs. IMPORTANT! Remember to get a receipt as proof of delivery when you hand over the package to Postnord.
  • There is an error on the product - what do I do?
    We have very strict quality control and regularly test our products. Should you still need to advertise an item, you are welcome to return the item. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible after receiving the product from us
  • Where can I redeem my discount code?

    We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. In addition, it is possible to make a bank transfer. Please note that the item will only be sent once the money has been received. Any fees for this type are paid by the buyer
  • Can discount codes be used on discounted items?
    Yes, discount codes can be used on all items, including discounted items.
  • Can I combine several discount codes?
    No, it is not possible to combine discount codes. Only one discount code can be used per order.
  • How do I use a discount code?
    You can redeem your discount code by clicking on the shopping basket in the top right corner and going to basket. When you are in the shopping basket, you will find the field "Enter a discount code" on the left side at the bottom. Click here to insert your discount code and then click 'Add'.
  • I have already completed my purchase - can I use my discount code?
    No, unfortunately you cannot use a discount code if your purchase has already been completed. As all orders are processed as soon as possible after completion, it is not possible to use a discount code on an order that has already been placed.
  • Discount code not working?
    Please note that there is a distinction between upper and lower case letters, and there must be no spaces in the code. If you have received a discount code by email, you can copy it into the discount code field to avoid typos. There may be special conditions for your discount code. Check whether your discount code can be used on the items you have in your basket. The conditions appear in the email in which you received the discount code.     In the shop it is possible to buy a gift card for the webshop. The gift card can be redeemed in step 3 "payment". Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase
